QA ​/ QC Engineer

Are you a detail-driven QA professional who thrives on ensuring every weld, material and document meets the highest standards? Were looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering compliant, high-quality fabrication work. What youll be doing Youll take ownership of quality throughout the project lifecycle, working hands-on with standards, inspections, documentation and final manufacturing records.

Standards & Compliance Interpret and apply key codes and procedures including EN 13480, RCC-M, RCC-E, BTR, BTS and EM09 to keep the project fully compliant. Inspection & Verification Review Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) to confirm they match material type, thickness and diameter. Check consumable control, welder qualifications (including prolongations) and material traceability. Verify that materials and dimensional accuracy match the isometrics/drawings.

Confirm calibration status of equipment, gauges and measuring tools. Ensure welding parameters, procedures and SQEP personnel qualifications are followed. Review NDT reports for full compliance. Work Pack & Documentation Control Carry out thorough reviews of work packs checking signatures, stamps, sequential dates, revisions and that no fields are left blank (N/A applied where required). Confirm SQEP personnel understand and correctly complete inspection points.

Perform final documentation reviews against client requirements. End of Manufacturing Records (EOMR) Compile the End of Manufacturing Report using the IRC format EOMR tool. Review scanned final documentation for correct format. Create Certificates of Conformity (CfC), allocate ICRs and link any related NCRs or TQs. Complete a full EOMR review and make minor documentation amendments as needed. Who were looking for Someone with solid experience in QA/QC within fabrication, pressure systems or nuclear environments who is comfortable working with the codes listed above and who takes pride in clean, accurate documentation.
