The Account Management and Onboarding team builds the digital front door for millions of users. This area focuses on the verification, account opening, and onboarding functionality across the site, app, and back-office tooling. It relies on cutting-edge technology and AI to ensure every user journey is seamless and secure.

Working alongside industry-leading experts to shape testing strategies for complex, high-scale systems, you will have the chance to influence the future of the business by leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation and delivery.

• Deep knowledge of Account Management principles, including Online Verification and Onboarding functionality
• Proficiency in API testing using Gherkin syntax, with a focus on defining test scope through technical documentation and AI tools
• Practical use of automation frameworks like Playwright and AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation
• Strong sense of test ownership, with a track record of defining and executing comprehensive test strategies
• Proactive approach to personal development and knowledge retention
• Progressive attitude towards new technologies, specifically AI Agents and Skills

• Drive an 'AI/Automated first' approach by verifying and creating Agentic generated test scope and executables
• Define and own test strategies, providing accurate estimates for all testing phases
• Conduct quality testing on Account Management and Onboarding-specific projects
• Report defects accurately and manage them through to successful resolution via Jira
• Participate in feedback loops to shape and improve agentic processes
• Communicate testing progress to the project team, escalating issues where necessary
• Liaise with subject matter experts to develop product knowledge and enhance testing strategies
• Contribute to the planning of groundbreaking software delivery
• Foster successful relationships across the business to seek out new ideas
• Adapt swiftly to changing circumstances while maintaining a proactive approach to personal development
