About you Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or a related discipline Significant experience in a Technical Management or Senior Technical role within food manufacturing

Experience with in meat processing would be highly advantageous Proven experience managing and developing Quality Management Systems Qualified HACCP Team Leader Internal Auditor training with extensive external audit experience Strong knowledge of BRCGS, food safety legislation, HACCP, TACCP and VACCP Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Ability to influence, challenge and support decision-making at all levels What you'll do Lead and manage the site's Technical, Quality and Food Safety functions Maintain and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System Ensure compliance with BRCGS, customer, retailer and regulatory requirements Lead HACCP, Food Safety Culture and Quality Improvement programmes Manage internal, customer, regulatory and third-party certification audits Drive corrective and preventative actions arising from audits, non-conformances and complaints Provide technical leadership and guidance to operational and management teams Manage customer relationships on quality, food safety and technical compliance matters Lead, develop and coach the technical team Support continuous improvement, change management and wider site initiatives For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
