Atlas Next Wave is seeking a Quality Manager in Projects to drive a continuous improvement culture and act as a change agent within assigned programs. You will coach project managers, establish a tailored Quality Management System for the fleet, and focus on failure prevention to sustain high quality levels.
You will determine the level of Quality Management support for each project, create quality plans and dossiers, and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth handovers.
