This is an office-based role with regular interaction across manufacturing and operational teams.

How You Will Do ItInvestigate customer complaints, warranty issues and internal non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Manage quality records, complaints and corrective actions within the Q-Pulse Quality Management System.
Support and facilitate root cause analysis activities using recognised quality tools and methodologies.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes, reduce defects and enhance product quality.
Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
Liaise with customers regarding quality concerns, providing timely updates and resolution plans.
Support supplier quality activities and contribute to supplier performance improvement initiatives.
Assist with continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and operational processes.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements at all times.
What We Are Looking For Required Experience within a quality engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing quality role.
Knowledge of quality management systems and non-conformance processes.
Experience investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Beneficial Experience using Q-Pulse, Navision or similar business systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Internal Auditor qualification or audit experience.
Experience with in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
Continuous improvement knowledge, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Understanding of warranty management and customer complaint processes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the Quality and EHS function while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the Great Yarmouth site.
