Job Description & How to Apply Below
You'll work across the full manufacturing lifecycle: incoming materials, PCB/PCBA production, assembly, test and final inspection. This mirrors the scope of the role in the formal specification. You'll investigate real production problems, lead root-cause and corrective actions , support NPI and audits , strengthen quality systems and help create a genuine culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing quality role, not quality in theory.
We're looking for:
Relevant Engineering degree Production Quality Engineering experience within electronics manufacturing Strong PCB/PCBA manufacturing knowledge IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 experience AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 experience Root Cause / CAPA / 8D / FMEA experience ERP/MRP experience Hands-on measurement, inspection and test equipment knowledge These requirements closely reflect the essential experience identified in both the formal JD and the recruiter screening guide. If you want your judgement, standards and ideas to genuinely influence the manufacturing operation, we'd love to hear from you.
