We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst for a six-month contract based in Belfast.
Job Description- Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance
- Lead structured problem-solving initiatives (8D, RCCA) with key stakeholders
- Analyse root causes and implement effective, sustainable corrective actions
- Monitor progress to ensure actions are completed and deliver the expected results
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore and maintain operational stability
- You hold a degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- You have solid experience in problem solving within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
- You are proficient in structured methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, and root cause analysis
- You are collaborative, proactive, and strongly results-oriented
- You are comfortable operating in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
