Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties. Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained. Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues promptly. Managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely collection of rents and service charges. Skills and Experience

Required:

Proven experience in property management is preferred with a solid understanding of property law and regulations. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. P roficiency in property management software. A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
