A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Clerkenwell involves engaging with prospective tenants, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, securing new tenancies, marketing properties, building relationships with landlords and tenants, supporting team KPIs, assisting colleagues during managerial absences, driving repeat business, canvassing the local area, ensuring properties meet health and safety standards, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities- Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPIs
- Providing support to your colleagues in your manager's absence
- Focusing on generating new and repeat business
- Canvassing the local area
- Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
- Ensuring the business remains risk‑averse and complies with all regulatory bodies

- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
