Runnymede Borough Council is seeking a Graduate Operational Investment Surveyor to support the Senior Estates Surveyor in managing the Council’s operational and investment property portfolio.
You will maintain accurate asset records, carry out inspections, assist with valuations, leases and disposals, and help monitor climate metrics and service charge budgets. The role offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 from home) and APC/RSCS progression.
