Oversee the management of a residential property portfolio Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and best practices Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy renewals Maintain up-to-date records and documentation What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management ARLA qualification preferred (but not essential) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Confident team player who can handle pressure Up-to-date knowledge of lettings law and regulation Own car and full UK driving licence are essential Is this the role for you?
