Resi Property Manager

Your new company Hays is working with a well-known residential estate agency and, due to upcoming organisational growth, the agency is expanding its team and seeking a Property Manager who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service. Your new role Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service. Oversee the full property management process-from move-in to move-out. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, coordinating contractors and ensuring efficient resolutions. Build strong relationships with clients and tenants through clear, professional communication. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures. What you'll need to succeed At least 1 year's experience in property management, lettings, or property sales.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. A proactive problem-solver with initiative, resilience, and a hands-on approach to challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A professional, people-centred mindset.
