Manage a busy residential lettings portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Handle queries, maintenance, notices and property management processes. Prioritise workload and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service and professional communication. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures. What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience) :
Previous residential property management experience (essential). Strong customer service and communication skills. Confident telephone manner with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of the local area (advantageous). Full UK driving licence.
