Property Manager

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring excellent service for landlords, tenants, and contractors while maintaining high operational standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and previous property management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing a portfolio of residential / commercial properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports
• Handling tenancy renewals, compliance, and legal documentation
• Managing rent arrears and resolving tenant issues professionally
• Ensuring properties comply with current legislation and safety standards
• Maintaining accurate property records and systems
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths and A level (or equivalent) standard education
• 1+ years previous experience in property management or lettings
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Good knowledge of property legislation and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Full UK driving licence preferred
