Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions Negotiating offers and progressing residential sales through to completion Generating new business through prospecting, referrals and local market activity Building strong relationships with vendors and prospective buyers Conducting viewings and providing expert advice on the local property market Achieving agreed sales, valuation and new business targets What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience within residential estate agency sales Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business Previous experience conducting residential property valuations Excellent negotiation and closing skills Strong knowledge of the local Southsea property market Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident, energetic and target-focused approach Full UK driving licence and professional presentation Is this the role for you?
