Belfast Salary: £30,000- £40,000 dep on experience , plus commission. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8.30am 5.00pm Every third Saturday: 9.30am 12.30pm Full clean driving licence required My client are a successful Property Business who are very proud of their continued success and strong reputation within the Belfast property market. They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Agent to join the growing team.

The Role As an Estate Agent, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and marketing of properties, providing a professional and personable service to both landlords and tenants. Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing property paperwork and marketing materials Advertising properties across all major property portals and social media platforms Conducting accompanied property viewings Negotiating tenancy terms, rental values, and furnishings Registering landlords and managing security deposits Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Essential Criteria Minimum of 3 years experience in a Property / Estate Agency role Clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
