Are you an experienced property and estates leader looking to make a significant impact across a large and diverse healthcare portfolio? Join Elysium Healthcare as the Property & Estates Director to lead the strategic management, development, and performance of our nationwide estate, ensuring our environments remain safe, compliant, and fit for the delivery of outstanding care.

As the senior leader for Property, Estates and Facilities, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's property strategy across more than 90 sites. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Team, and operational leaders, you will ensure the estate supports clinical excellence, operational effectiveness, business continuity, and sustainable growth.

You will provide strategic oversight of a complex property portfolio, driving long-term asset management, maintenance planning, capital investment, and estate optimisation. Leading major capital, refurbishment, acquisition, and development programmes, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational priorities, while providing excellent value for money.

A key focus of the role will be maintaining the highest standards of estates compliance across the organisation. You will lead the development of robust governance and assurance processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety, fire, environmental, statutory, and healthcare regulations while effectively managing risk across the estate.

You will have overall responsibility for property, facilities, and capital budgets, ensuring strong financial control, effective investment planning, and the delivery of measurable benefits. Working strategically with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and partners, you will establish high-performing relationships that drive quality, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

As a member of the senior leadership community, you will provide expert advice and challenge on property and estates matters, using insight, data, and commercial expertise to influence decision-making and support organisational objectives. You will also lead and develop a high-performing property and estates function, fostering a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong knowledge of property management and real estate principles.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of property-related legal regulations and standards.
Ability to manage large budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Property & Estates Director or similar senior managerial role within a complex multi-site organisation.
Experience in the healthcare sector (D).
