• Create and deliver high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced, airport environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork during peak hours.

• Assist and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
• Adapt to early or irregular shift times, including 3 a.m. starts.

• Experience as an assistant chef or chef in a similar environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work early airport shifts.
• Provide a five‑year work/education reference history and undergo a criminal record check.
