• Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
• Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult customer enquiries to a manager.
• Ensure food is prepared, stored and cleaned in accordance with Health & Safety and audit standards.
• Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart.
• Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations as directed by shift manager.
• Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant to contribute towards achieving them.
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations, including restocking workstations.
• Report all work‑related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible.
• Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing PPE when instructed.
