Antrim – Belfast International Airport – Northern Quarter

Chef (full‑time)

• 35 hours per week
• 5 out of 7 shifts per week
• Shifts Monday to Sunday
• Shifts between 3am and 10pm

• Assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens, ensuring a consistent reputation for food quality is always maintained.
• Plan, prepare, cook and present food to the highest standard.
• Ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and daily checking procedures are applied.
• Ensure company policies relating to stock control and stock ordering are implemented and monitored.
• Maintain a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies and procedures.
• Update HACCP records.
• Ensure the security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained at all times, promoting a harmonious working environment.
• Perform any other reasonable requests made by Unit Manager.

• Must be able to work alternate weekends.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification.
• Leads by example and lives our values.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
• Self‑motivated, works independently and on own initiative.
• Flexible with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Basic statutory training required – reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
