Trainee Assistant Supervisor

THE EMPLOYER IS: DSSRT FCTRYWe are offering an entry level position for an assistant supervisor.

The right person will want to absorb themselves into the business and learn through our extensive training program how a business operates efficiently.

You will learn all things customer service, team building and motivation, and afforded learning experience with our partner supplier.

Develop in depth knowledge on how the customer experience is delivered by using extensive processes.

• Operate cash/card drawer with accurate money management.
• Learn standard business processes and understand why we do what we do.
• Food Preparation.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Close down duties.

• Food hygiene cert (preferred, but not necessary as training will be provided).
• 1 year hospitality/ Barista/ Customer Service Experience preferred.
