Barista (Full-Time - min 32 hours p/wk)

Established Coffee is a café and roastery located in the heart of downtown Belfast. We strive to give the best customer experience in all that we do. Simply put, we want everything we make, design and sell to have the same care and consideration we put into our coffee. We want to be the best at everything we do. We are looking to hire positive and motivated baristas who have a genuine passion for serving people great coffee, a solid work ethic and a good nature.

Experience in specialty coffee is a plus but definitely not a must, as we will provide plenty of training.

• Passion for coffee and experience in a fast-paced speciality coffee environment
• Great interpersonal and customer service skills - a genuine interest in people and service
• Strong drive to keep all areas in the coffee bar clean and stocked
• Independent person that needs little direction while still being a big team player
• Strong collaborator and communicator

Flexibility & availability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday) is a must.

• Maintaining a high level of service at all times - putting the customers needs first
• A genuine interest in all things coffee
• Serve well-made drinks
• Daily setup and breakdown of the coffee bar
• Consistently maintain a clean work area during slow and busy periods
• Help maintain the coffee & tea supply and inventory
• Help maintain all coffee & tea equipment throughout the café
