Kitchen Manager​/Chef

We are currently looking for a talented, dynamic and food obsessed FULL TIME KITCHEN MANAGER/CHEF, for an immediate start who has at minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role , excellent knowledge of food safety, consistency, controlling costs, scheduling staff and maintaining high hygiene standards and enjoys working as part of a team. No spilt shifts or evenings.

• As the Kitchen manager you will need to have planning and organisational skills and be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, from the ordering of ingredients ,prepping , opening up, looking after a small team
• And being able to work efficiently on your own and ensuring consistency throughout.
• Ensuring smooth running of daily operations of the Kitchen is all areas.
• Consistency and always following the Bao Bun Recipe book to ensure high food standards and consistency.

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, (Kitchen Manager, Head Chef or Head Prep Chef)
• A Strong team player with Good time management skills, Staff Training, Rotas, Cost control,Problem Solving and Adaptability
• Organisational Skills
• Full Knowledge of HACCP
• Knife Skills
