Behind the scenes sits a highly skilled pastry brigade producing everything from delicate patisserie to statement dessert displays for high-profile occasions.

They are now seeking a talented Pastry Chef De Partie to take ownership of a section within this impressive pastry kitchen.

• Running a pastry section, delivering precision and consistency at a five-star level
• Creating high-quality desserts for restaurants, afternoon tea and banqueting
• Producing seasonal pastries and showpieces using fresh, premium ingredients
• Supporting and guiding junior chefs within the pastry brigade
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene and organisational standards

• Have solid experience within a professional pastry kitchen
• Possess strong classical pastry techniques and attention to fine detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
• Are confident mentoring Commis and Demi Chefs
• Bring creativity, discipline and a genuine passion for pastry
