- Tuesday - Friday
- 6am – 14:00pm
- Temporary contract until October

- Record deliveries in line with HACCP requirements.
- Move goods and kegs from delivery areas to appropriate storage or kitchen locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of store areas.
- Use equipment and materials correctly, reporting any issues immediately.
- Monitor and implement company policies on stock control, sales handling, and ordering.
- Maintain effective communication with management, head office, and airport authorities.
- Report issues clearly and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support operational goals.
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with stock control processes.
- Awareness of health, safety, fire, hygiene, and security legislation.
- Knowledge of airport operational rules and regulations (BIA-specific).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicating with customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Experience working in an airport or similar regulated environment.
- Knowledge of HACCP or food safety procedures.
- Familiarity with stock control systems.
