Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Fast Food Cook based in Belfast. The Fast Food Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high‑quality street and takeaway food, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all food health and safety standards are met, and collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining food preparation consistency, and effectively working under time pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and working with diverse recipes
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols, sanitation standards, and food handling best practices
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast‑paced kitchens
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues
  • Experience in street or fast food is preferred but not required
  • Commitment to delivering excellent food quality and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and portion control
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and high‑energy environment
