• Take direction from the Head Chef & Sous Chefs while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, ensuring a high level of food safety is maintained
• Be responsible for running a section during the day‑to‑day service; sections will alternate for your personal development
• Have a good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques, and food safety
• Be committed to delivering first class service
• Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
