• • Previous Barista experience in a high-volume café, coffee shop or hospitality environment is required
• • A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards
• • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• • Strong communication and teamwork skills
• • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• • The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

• • Preparing and serving high-quality organic coffee and other beverages to Pret standards
• • Delivering friendly and efficient customer service with every interaction
• • Maintaining excellent coffee quality, presentation and consistency
• • Supporting the team to ensure the shop is clean, organised and fully stocked
• • Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards at all times
• • Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and team members
• • Acting as a role model for Pret’s values and behaviours
