Hastings Hotels invites applications for a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at the Culloden Estate & Spa. You will help run the kitchen, prepare dishes to Hastings standards, and work across outlets with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
You will work a 45-hour week over five shifts, including weekends, with staff meals, discounts, tips, and opportunities for progression. A supportive team and local, seasonal ingredients feature prominently.
