GAUCHO Newcastle is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee guest experience, finance, sales growth, compliance and team development across FOH and BOH. You will work with the General Manager to deliver the restaurant plan, beat budget and maintain high guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of P&L. WSET Level 2 is desirable.
