The Radcliffe Arms in Hitchin is seeking a proactive Hospitality Team Leader to drive the customer journey from order to payment and ensure service standards remain exceptional.
You will lead a small team, train new staff, and work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
