Andrew Brownsword Hotels Limited is seeking a Junior Sous Chef at Old Swan & Minster Mill, Minster Lovell. You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to run a busy kitchen, creating exciting dishes for guests while maintaining hygiene, allergen safety, and labeling standards.
