Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Server to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards. Answer customer questions and make menu recommendations. Process payments using the POS system. Set up and clear tables promptly. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Strong teamwork and time management skills.
