• Supporting the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes consistently
• Preparing fresh ingredients to specification andhigh standards
• Learning and working across different sections of the kitchen
• Following recipes, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and general kitchen organisation
• Working closely with senior chefs to develop your skills and confidence

• A passion for food and a genuine interest incooking
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and pride in yourwork
• Basic kitchen experience or cateringqualification is helpful, but not essential
• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking
