Buckland Manor in the Cotswolds is seeking a Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef in a busy kitchen, crafting exciting dishes for guests and ensuring the highest standards.
You will help manage the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, supervise line cooks, and maintain strict allergen controls while contributing to a positive team culture. On-site staff accommodation may be available and service-charge earnings are shared amongst the team.
