Coffee Shop Manager | Hungerford | Full-Time | Dobbies Garden Centres

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll run the day-to-day coffee shop operation: leading the team, hitting sales targets whilst keeping food quality, hygiene and service standards high.

• Manage the busy coffee shop day-to-day, putting customers first
• Build a great place to work, coaching your team and supporting their development with Dobbies
• Drive a brilliant customer experience across the coffee shop
• Liaise with central support teams on stock, supply, and communication
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations

• Proven management experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant environment
• Commercial awareness: comfortable managing budgets and driving profitability
• A strong coach: able to identify training needs and develop your team
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, especially during busy seasonal periods
