The Lamb Inn in Burford is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will take charge in the Head Chef's absence and ensure high standards of cooking, using seasonal, local ingredients to craft fresh dishes.
You will inspire the kitchen team with creativity, uphold strict hygiene and food safety practices, and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy service environment. This is an on-site role within a historic Cotswold inn.
