We are looking to support the following regions:

This is far more than a traditional kitchen role. As a Regional Chef de Partie, you'll travel across a range of sites within your region, supporting kitchen teams during periods of annual leave, sickness, mobilisations, events, and other operational requirements. You'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional food standards, providing hands‑on culinary expertise, and ensuring our clients and customers receive a consistently outstanding dining experience wherever you go.

If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy meeting new teams, and take pride in delivering high‑quality food, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

As a key member of our regional culinary team, you'll:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards, following menus, recipes, and client requirements.
  • Take ownership of your designated kitchen section, ensuring effective preparation and smooth service delivery.
  • Provide flexible support across multiple sites within your region.
  • Assist with hospitality services, events, and mobilisation activities.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Support stock management, ordering, storage, rotation, and waste reduction processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen management, HACCP, and health and safety requirements.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, encouraging best practice and teamwork.
  • Build strong relationships with site managers, kitchen teams, clients, and customers.
  • Adapt confidently to different kitchen environments, service styles, and operational demands.
What we’re looking for:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, adaptable, and ready to bring their skills to a variety of locations.

You’ll have:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or be an experienced Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
  • Strong culinary skills and the ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
  • A food-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergen management, HACCP, and health and safety legislation.
  • Experience of stock control, waste management, and portion control.
  • The ability to remain organised and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A flexible and positive approach, with a willingness to travel regularly across the region.
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable).
  • The right to work in the UK.

As a Regional Chef de Partie, you'll enjoy a unique role that offers exposure to a variety of kitchens, services, and teams while helping deliver exceptional food experiences across our Workplace, Education and Healthcare sector.

What you’ll get?
  • Permanent, full-time contract, Monday – Friday, 0800 - 1730

  • Generous annual leave increasing with service, plus the option to buy additional holiday
