Restaurant Supervisor
to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service from breakfast through to dinner.

As
Restaurant Supervisor
, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our restaurant, supporting the Restaurant Manager and leading the team to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

You’ll be a visible presence on the floor - welcoming guests, supporting your colleagues, anticipating guest needs and making sure every detail is taken care of.

You’ll help create an environment where the team feels supported, motivated and confident, while ensuring our guests enjoy the warm, personal service that Burley Manor is known for.

• Supervising and supporting the restaurant team during service
• Leading by example and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere
• Ensuring consistently high standards of food, drink and customer service
• Welcoming guests and building genuine relationships with them
• Supporting with briefings, training and coaching for team members
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Handling guest requests and resolving any issues calmly and professionally
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are always maintained
• Helping to drive sales and maximise opportunities to enhance the guest experience

We’re looking for someone who is
warm, confident and passionate about hospitality
, with the ability to bring energy and leadership to every shift.

You’ll ideally have previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment, along with a good knowledge of food and drink.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who:

• Has excellent food and beverage knowledge

• Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and busy holiday periods
