Whether it be our in-store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, in-store parent to be events, or someone to help guide our customers along their own unique parenting journey, our amazing store teams are there to make sure buying that first pram, cot, baby changing table or outfit for baby's 1st birthday, whatever it may be, magical moments they'll cherish forever.

Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant Teams are ambassadors of these magical moments, and the heart of our business. Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our family and looking for an amazing Sales Assistant (S) to be based at our Belfast store. This vacancy covers 16 hours per week, across 4 days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 2-6. Apply to chat through what shift patterns would work best for you.

• Provide excellent customer service and create magical moments for customers.
• Offer product insight, product knowledge and guidance on parenting journeys.
• Support in-store events and personal shopping experiences.
• Assist customers with selecting items such as prams, cots, baby changing tables, and outfits.

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Positive, customer-facing approach and ability to build trust with shoppers.
