Turkish-Speaking Supplier & Ecommerce Coordinator

Overview

Mystery Shirt in a Box is a fast-growing mystery football shirt ecommerce brand, delivering surprise jerseys to customers around the world. We are looking for a proactive, Turkish-speaking coordinator based in Istanbul to lead communication with our Turkish suppliers and support the ongoing build and optimisation of our ecommerce stores.

• Lead day-to-day communication with current and potential suppliers and manufacturers in Turkey (Whats App, email, phone, in-person where needed).
• Negotiate and confirm pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and payment terms.
• Coordinate product information, quality checks, and stock availability with suppliers.
• Support our team with ecommerce tasks across our Shopify stores, such as:
• Uploading products, images, and descriptions.
• Checking translations for Turkish where needed.
• Assisting with basic merchandising, tagging, and categorisation.
• Track and follow up on orders, shipments, and any supplier issues.
• Prepare simple reports/updates on supplier performance and stock situations.

• Native-level Turkish and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfortable speaking with suppliers and resolving issues.
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once.
• Comfortable using online tools (email, spreadsheets, Whats App, Google Drive, etc.).
• Experience in any of the following is a plus but not essential:
• • Working with suppliers/manufacturers.
  • Ecommerce (ideally Shopify or similar platforms).
  • Football, sports retail, or apparel.
