Role
Medi Care is seeking to recruit an experienced Clarins Counter Manager. The ideal candidate will possess the required skills and experience of a sales driven and customer service focused manager, consistently delivering excellent customer service while motivating and inspiring the team to reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic premium fragrance and cosmetics retail environment.
Essential Criteria- Excellent customer service skills and be well presented
- GCSE Maths and English Grades A-C or equivalent qualifications
- Right to work in the UK (proof requested)
- Experience in organising and managing on/off site product promotions
- Experience managing Clarins Skincare counter in health and beauty/cosmetics environment
- At least 1 year previous experience working on Clarins Counter
- Monday to Sunday, 32 hours per week as per rota
- Flexibility is required
- Commission based
