We are seeking an experienced, commercial, personable Regional Sales Manager to manage, grow and develop the brand throughout the independent retailers within Northern Ireland. With strong commercial skills and a passion for product, you will provide excellent customer service, promote our brand values and represent our brand as a sales ambassador.
Responsibilities- Ultimately responsible for the portfolio of independent stockists.
- Field based and will visit each of your customers regularly.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure correct Jellycat POS branding and authorised promotional material at retail.
- Provide in‑store customer training on the product and brand.
- Ensure your accounts have access to new collection launches.
- Take orders and monitor your accounts’ credit status.
- Deliver annual sales growth and budget targets.
- Build strong, personable, professional relationships with all stockists.
- Identify new luxury target stockists.
- Work with your Team Leader to build robust full‑year financial budget plans.
- Coordinate with peers to ensure planning and alignment in future retail activations and launches.
- Provide feedback on sales performance sell‑thru to the business.
- Mentor, motivate and guide your independent accounts to achieve the best in visual display and product selection.
- Craft the best product story for each store based on its location, customer base and complementarity brand.
- Proactively identify growth and brand awareness opportunities within partnerships to unlock our full retail potential.
- Present quarterly regional updates.
- Report on sales and KPIs as required.
- Present to your line manager and other sales leaders for any in‑store conceptual branding opportunities.
- Attend UK trade shows and support events.
- Visit key national accounts within your territory, support the account manager with feedback and in‑store assistance, ensuring best visual merchandising practice.
- Ideally a minimum of three years experience as a sales manager working with independent store owners.
- Residence or vicinity to your designated territory.
- Problem‑solving and solution‑based methodology.
- True team player attitude.
- Flexible, personable, positive working style, motivated by being part of a high‑performing team.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of product presentation and excellent visual merchandising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideally experience within a luxury brand.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
