Youll create and lead a high‑performing team and act as a true role model by seeing everything from the customers’ point of view. You’ll inspire, motivate and empower everyone around you while maintaining strong focus on the business. You’ll have full accountability for the store’s performance, plans and actions, celebrating successes and ensuring your team is trained and developed to be the best.

A natural coach and communicator who supports while challenging, and who is flexible enough for the team. You must be able to see the link between actions and the customer, resolve issues quickly, organise and plan ahead, and apply commercial acumen to make smart decisions that drive performance and customer experience.

• Evidence of improving customer experience in a previous role.
• Experience managing a fast‑paced operation with results across service, sales, customer outcomes and team performance.
• Use of insight to make decisions that enhance performance.
• Comfortable navigating employee relations and applying HR policies consistently.
• Capability to develop performance and capability within a team, helping others step up and succeed.
• Ability to lead through change while keeping the team motivated and focused.
• Leading by example as a role model for service and values.

Salary will be dependent on experience, store size, complexity and location. In addition we offer a comprehensive benefits package for managers.
