You'll be working with a well-established, fast-growing construction and retail supplier with multiple branches across Northern Ireland, committed to delivering quality products and excellent service in a collaborative environment.

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail, ideally in builders' merchants or related sectors
• Open to sales candidates with sector experince within Builders Merchant.
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Full UK driving license
• Knowledge of construction or trade products is a bonus

• Maintain visual standards across branches
• Implement promotional displays and product layouts
• Conduct regular store audits and provide improvement suggestions
• Collaborate with suppliers and branch teams to maximise merchandising impact
