We are looking for an experienced and operations-driven Supervisor to join this fabulous location for a luxury beauty brand as they continue their growth.

The ideal candidate will come from a consultative retail environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth running of daily store operations.

• A genuine love for Beauty and Fragrance, with a passion for delivering elevated service
• Strong operational focus: confident overseeing stock flow, replenishment, BOH standards, VM support, and daily floor operations
• Proven track record of achieving personal and store KPIs, using data to drive performance
• Highly organised with impeccable standards, ensuring the store is always guest-ready
• Excellent communication skills, able to support the management team with team briefs, coaching, and performance support
• Thrives working at pace, maintaining structure and consistency in a fast-moving environment
