Colleague St Express

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; if you prefer fewer hours (minimum 12), opportunities are also available.

We schedule your contracted hours within available windows and provide 3 weeks' notice of exact shifts. We support flexibility; if your availability aligns closely with advertised windows, we still welcome you.

Availability Window:
Sunday 08:00-12:15, Monday 15:00-22:00, Saturday 16:00-22:00
