Customer Advisor at EUROSPAR Ballyhackamore, 276 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3EU

Pay:
Up to £13.10 per hour depending on age. Part‑time or full‑time (16–37.5 hours per week). Availability to cover morning, afternoon & evening shifts within 6:00 am–midnight, Monday–Sunday.
Essential: availability for weekday morning shifts from 6:00 am.

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

• Operate all check‑outs accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Replenish stock daily in compliance with the company stock rotation process.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
• Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• Actively ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Perform any other duties as required.
