Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, motivate and develop staff, and ensure our store delivers great service and presents well for the local community.
You will help manage stock, cash processes, opening and closing, and flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, with training provided and opportunities to progress within our co-operative.
