Marks & Spencer is seeking a frontline colleague to lead the fill operation, coordinating resources to serve, sell and fill, and to lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager. Shifts include Wednesday 14:30-21:30, Thursday 14:30-21:30 and Saturday 13:30-20:30.
This role requires being a key holder, opening and closing the building, cash handling and temperature controls while maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented store.
